We begin our tour by driving along the Atlantic Ocean side of the Cape Peninsula and take a photo stop at Maidens Cove to enjoy the view of Camps Bay and the Twelve Apostles.  From here we continue on to Hout Bay and stop at the working fishing harbour and take a boat trip out to visit a colony of Cape Fur seals.

Next we travel along the scenic Chapman’s Peak drive, a road which was carved into the side of the mountain and opened in 1922.  You will enjoy nine kilometres of some of the best scenery you will ever see and we will make photo stops on route.

From here we will drive towards the Cape Point nature reserve.  On route we have the possibility to encounter one of our troops of wild baboons.  We will keep our doors locked and windows up as these clever animals are capable of getting into cars in search of food.

Before entering the Cape Point nature reserve we will pause by the Cape Point Ostrich breeding farm.

Now we will choose to walk, or take the funicular towards the lighthouse, view the magnificent scenery and learn the story behind the second lighthouse right out on the tip.

A quick lunch can be enjoyed in the Two Oceans restaurant or a take away pizza which we will enjoy on the cliff top overlooking False Bay.
